Job Description:

1.55% or 5.5 CGPA(aggregate of all semesters) Percentage aggregate considered only for the highest degree pursed.

2.2010,2011 and 2012 freshers eligible.

3.Must not hava any backlog at the time of IBM process on campus.

4.Provide Technical solutions to the external customers.

5.Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.

6.Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting,TCP/IP,Dial-up,Toeken Ring,Ethernet,LAN/WAN.

7.Understanding of OS,Windows2000/NT/XP,configuration options and troubleshooting.

8.Browser support – internet Explorer.

9.Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts.
