Selection Procedure for recruitment of Specialist Officer in Corporation Bank
- For the posts from 1 to 5: Depending upon the number of candidates only those candidates who have secured the minimum qualifying marks under Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS for Specialist Officer and rank sufficiently high in the order of merit shall be called for an Interview unless otherwise specified and eligibility criteria as on 1 December 2011.
- For the posts from 6 to 16: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Group Discussion & Personal Interview unless otherwise specified and eligibility criteria as on 1 June 2012. Corporation Bank might on its discretion conduct written exam for shortlisting candidates for interview.
The final selection would be on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained by the candidates and strictly in the order of Merit.
How to Apply for recruitment of Specialist Officer in Corporation Bank
Application Fee: Application Fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs 100 (for post code 1 to 5) and Rs 200 (for post code 6 to 16). Only intimation charge of Rs 20 (for post code 1 to 5) and Rs 50 (for post code 6 to 16) will be charged from SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
The challan for payment of fees (in duplicate) will be made available on the Bank’s website. The application fee must be paid through NEFT/ CBS, separately for each post at any branch of Corporation Bank using this challan.
Payment of Fees through CBS: Go to the nearest Corporation Bank Branch with the Fee payment Challan and pay, in Cash, the appropriate Application Fee in CBS Account No. CA01000739 with Ram Bhawan Complex, Mangalore Branch in the name & style of “CORPORATION BANK SPECIALIST OFFICERS’ RECRUITMENT PROJECT-2012-13”
Payment of Fees through NEFT: In case a candidate chooses to pay fees through NEFT (IFSC Code: CORP0000377) Go to the nearest branch of any Bank and pay the appropriate Application Fee in Account No. 037700201000739 with Ram Bhawan Complex, Mangalore Branch in the name & style of “Corporation Bank Specialist Officers' Recruitment Project-2012-13”
Obtain the Applicant’s Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly receipted by the Bank with (a) Branch Name, (b) Branch SOL ID, (c) Transaction id/Scroll number (in case of payment through CBS) NEFT UTR No. (in case of payment through NEFT), and (4) Date of Deposit filled in by the Branch Official.
After applying Online, candidates should take two (2) Print-Outs of the duly filled in Computerised System Generated Application Form. The original receipt should be retained and produced at the time of Interview.
